Welcome to Flowbit. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Flowbit website at https://flowbit.pages.dev and all related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Flowbit ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account, clicking "Sign Up", or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share your password with others.
• Notify us promptly at privacy@flowbit.app if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems connected to the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or interact with the Service without our express written permission.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Collect or harvest personally identifiable information of other users without their consent.

4. Workspace and Team Collaboration

Flowbit is a collaborative platform. When you create or join a workspace, you understand that:

• Content you create within a workspace (tasks, messages, documents, meeting notes) may be visible to other authorized members of that workspace.
• Workspace administrators may have the ability to manage members, roles, and workspace content.
• You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share within the platform complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on the rights of others.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Flowbit and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and service marks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you create and submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Flowbit a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and transmit your User Content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you and other authorized users in your workspace.

6. Third-Party Services and OAuth

The Service allows you to sign in using Google or GitHub OAuth. Your use of those third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. Flowbit is not responsible for the practices of these third-party providers.

By connecting your Google or GitHub account, you authorize us to use the limited information provided by those platforms as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

8. Acceptable Use and Content Standards

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or otherwise transmit via the Service. You must not upload content that:

• Infringes any third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code.
• Constitutes spam, unsolicited advertising, or any form of phishing.
• Harasses, threatens, or intimidates other users.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these standards without prior notice.

9. Service Availability and Modifications

We strive to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Your continued use of the Service after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLOWBIT AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at privacy@flowbit.app and requesting account deletion.
